Since we were there towards the end of the touristy season, I expected to see better room quality and overall maintenance of the hotel. I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the room as well. Not really worth the price we paid, but then few hotels in Niagara really are. More

This hotel was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a complimentary breakfast every day (bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and pastries) not to mention coffee and tea 24 hours a day. We stayed there on Sept 30 and Oct 1st. We thought we had booked this place but it was the one close to the falls and the staff on the desk helped us make the switch, they were so good and the hotel is very clean the breakfast was lovely. We will stay again when we return. so thumbs up... More

This hotel was well worth it! We stayed here shortly after it opened and we were very impressed. Very clean and welcoming great amenities. The morning breakfast was also great. Close to outlet mall other shopping so it was a perfect stop on our little getaway. More
