The Vetiver has potential due to their awesomely attentive staff but the attention to detail in the rooms makes it fall short of perfect. Missing tiles in the shower and holes in the wall where the toilet paper holder was once mounted give the impression that details are overlooked. The hotel is well located, clean and quiet. It's a good deal compared to Manhattan hotels and just 10 minutes from midtown Manhattan by subway. My room had a balcony with a side view of Manhattan. On the minus side, breakfast is poor, no closet or even hangers in the room and no bedside lights.
