Stay here for a shopping trip. The rooms seems brand new, the suite is had a comfortable feel. Layout n decor of rooms were very homey and clean. Excellent place to stay. Services are fine didn't have any problems. Breakfast was good.

Stayed at this hotel 3/23/13. Good room. Clean. Friendly staff. Great to have the kitchen area. I did not eat the free breakfast but it looked good and there were a lot of options. My daughter said it was good. Very convenient to NYS Thruway. Not too far from Carousel Mall and Wegman's. Would stay here again.

Rooms are fantastic, plenty of room and very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It was guest appreciation night when we arrived and they were serving complimentary dinner, what a great surprise! Meatballs and penne, a salad bar, it was really nice. I will absolutely stay here again.

Service was amazing. Rooms are fantastic and really feels like home. I will be using Staybridge for all of my traveling from now on whenever I can. They also have a basketball court and room storage areas for people who need more space.

I called this hotel on 2 separate occasions with questions and both times found staff rude. They acted like they were being bothered.
