Great place to stay for weekend hikers. We loved that after a long ADK hike we could walk down to Lake Placid Brewery for drink and grub. It was nice to park the car and not have to worry about hopping in anytime we wanted to walk around dwntwn. You're at the start of the dwntwn madness :-) More

We stayed for four nights between christmas and New Years, family of four. We try to do this every year. This is always a great stay, staff accomodating and professional, rooms clean and in working order. Inn is in a great location, walk to everything. We'll be back agan next year! More

We've stay at the Moutain View Inn a few times now the last 5 years or so and love it. It's not real fancy but the rooms are clean and very comfortable. It's a great location too as you are right in town and can walk to everything if you want. We are already planning on coming back this winter... More
