Ok not a typical stay we were sent here by the airline when our flight was cancelled, so not a great start. Despite being overbooked the staff did their best to get us all in and laid on refreshments for those waiting. They were taking a fair bit of abuse but managed to be pleasant and polite throughout, well done.... More

First we had to wait more than one hourfor the shuttle bus from airport even we called a few times. The driver does not help with the lugage and he said that was not his job. When going back to the airport he ask to move the lugage to another area and again declined to help. The food was crap!... More

Can't get a better bargain at JFK airport. Staff were friendly courteous and efficient. The shuttle to the the airport was on time. When we returned from our trip, we called the hotel and the shuttle was there in 5 minutes to pick us up.

Had a great stay. I have stayed here before and didnot have good experience. It looks like lot of effort and $ have been put and Hotel looks better and service improved. Shuttle to Airport was great and desk pepole were very professional,

My 12 year old daughter had food poisoning for two days after having a hamburger at this hotel. The valet service for park and fly was awful, not helpful, no luggage handling, watched me struggle to get the bags out of my car. Unbelievable! Dark and miserable lobby environment.
