This is an elegant hotel, with a lovely set of grounds overlooking the lake. Our room (the Clay Room) was comfortable and clean. The staff at Belhurst are some of the best. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and they seem to be always working. Chris took care of us at the Stonecutters bar and then serve us breakfast in the morning at Edgars. The views are awesome and the history of the castle is great. Meghan at the bar is great as well.
