“Best Customer Service Ever”

I book a room for my friend. However, I mess up the dates. Best Western tried their best to accommodate us and adjust the date for us right away which avoid a lot of trouble for us. In addition, the location is the best.

It was an red eye flight. I arrived hotel at 9.00 am. I have made my reservation earlier, and I am a regular customer to this hotel. The front desk asked me to pay additional $30.00 for early check in (that means they have rooms available). I told her I am a platinium member of BW, and they should not... More

“The hotel ned to be refurbished.”

All furnishing are vey old, and never improved sine more ten years. The beds become very soft without body support and are very uncomfortable. The air condition systems are very old too and are not truely turmo controlled, it makes huge noices when running and it is eitehr too clod or too hot. The room is very dry.

This hotel was very pleasant, all the staff were very interested in making your stay a good one. Nice place for the price and location. Parking is next door and very convenient and secure. Thanks for a great stay.

“Stayed Here For Manhattan Sightseeing”

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Queens Court Hotel because the room rates right in Midtown Manhattan are outrageous. My check-In was taken care of promptly. “Good for watching planes for LaGuardia”

Location not far away from last metro station in Chinatown, room was ok with basic amenities, good for 1-2 nights. Hotel full of mostly Chinese guests. Breakfast very poor. Relative good value for money for New York. Beautiful view of low-passing planes landing on La Guardia

“Splendid stay”

Check-in was easy & prompt. Desk personnel very pleasant & courteous. Room 1 king bed was very spacious & cozy. Included in the room were flat screen TV w/52 cable channels, excellent wifi, coffee maker, heater/ac unit. Surprisingly for being PLUS, there were no microwave nor refrigerator. “Missed my flight”

I missed my flight and had to spend an improtu night in NYC. I checked in to the hotel late at night and was greeted by the Owners (an older Asian Couple) and their son (or perhaps Grandson). The hotel was located in Flushing Chinatown and only 2 -3 blocks to the subway and the Long Island Railroad and close to LaGuardia airport.
