This is a clean, nice and BASIC hotel. Other reviewers are writing things like "perfection" and "gorgeous," and I'd like to know how much they have traveled. This hotel is great. The valets are prompt and very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located close to a mall and restaurants so there's plenty to do. Unfortunately I missed out on the views due to the weather as it rained the whole time I was there. I highly recommend this place.

I have stayed at Woodcliff many times with overnight packages. Great neighborhood getaway. Spa packages are great. Enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. Last visit service seemed to go downhill when trying to arrange hotel to coincide with spa time. Issue was resolved after taking to management.
