“Pleasantly surprised!”

We needed a room last minute for my convocation at SU and my mom found this place. Comfy (but small) beds, very spacious rooms. Door lock didn't always work. One of the better free breakfasts I've seen. If I'm ever back in Syracuse, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

“Terrible staff bad attitude”

Not happy with the staff very bad attitudes was promised that the shuttle would be able to take me to the airport, instead they were late and i was told no more shuttle for the day cause the driver would be on over time, so i was left hanging with no ride and late to the airport.not professional at all.

The Embassy Suites in Syracuse is far better compared to other hotels of comparable value. Everything is clean and well maintained and better than advertised! Location within 10 minutes of the airport, and close proximity to Highway 81. I would highly suggest staying at this location, especially with a Military/ DOD discount.

“Great Stay, but a little noisy”

Enjoyed our stay at the Suites, but it was a bit noisy with a lot of kids or teens running around at night. Breakfast was great! Cook to order breakfast, scrambled, over easy, sunny side up and omelette.

“Below Expectations”

Old, poorly maintained hotel. Lock system at doors works erratically. Had big ants working with me at night. kind of noisy and not very effetive check-in processes. Nice complimentary breakfast and excellent location.
