We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Our room was modest but clean with good mattress and a small fridge. We had cleaned towels every morning. It was quiet. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The lake is great. It wasn't to far from town and restaurants. I will stay there again!

I don't want to repeat what everyone else said on the positive review because I agree the only drawback for me was the location it's about 7 miles from Cooperstown but the view of the lake is beautiful and the price is reasonable.
