I decided after 2 months to give them another try. Didn't find any ants or bugs. The floors were clean. The beds were also clean. All the lights worked. Great housekeeping and a great overall stay this time.

I travel to Batavia a couple of time a year on the way to Canada and have tried most of the hotels in the area and they are Ok but nothing great, so I was pleasantly surprised to find the Best Western was above the rest in room, cleanliness and appearance. Would recommend to anyone.
