“Good Old Days--Not So Good”

Though "state of the art" in the 1930's and definitely clean for an old property and with very friendly and attentive owner/managers and WiFi, it is very difficult to adjust to staying the night at this motel. We stayed here one night and we now wish we would of stayed here longer! The owners are amazing. “The Blue Swallow experience”

We stayed at a number of hotels/motels on our trip along Route 66 and definately one of the best was the Blue Swallow Motel. We whole heartedly suggest that this is a 'must stay' motel and ended up as one of the highlights of the whole holiday. Wonderfully warm welcome and fascinating period room.
