We booked in at the lodge from the 29/04/2011 till 02/05/2011. Some was in the chalets and we were in self catering chalet. Chalets bathroom were in very bad condition. Our experience was very poor. Very dated and dirty. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit and was overall very greasy. We had much better quality of service in a backpakers for a fraction of the price than in this place.

I contacted Ngonyama Lion Lodge to make a reservation for some of my clients. I had to wait a long time for one of the reservation staff members to help me. They were not particularly friendly nor helpful. If this is their booking service - I wonder what their service are like once you arrive...
