We stayed there after the Christmas holiday. The owners are very nice and accommodating. They left their slow cooker in the cabin for us to use. Loved the place!!! The cabins are clean, they smell wonderful, the owners are super nice people. It is close to the town and the cabins have all you can need, fireplace, pots, silverware, towels, dishes, etc.... we really didn't wanted to leave

This is our second trip to these rustic, quiet cabins. The location is secluded, but close to town, an ideal place for a romantic getaway. Dorothy and Mike place delicious, fresh-baked cookies in each cabin before guests arrive, which adds to the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The military discounts and pet-friendliness make it an ideal vacation spot for the whole family.

Big party going on a few blocks away when took our dog out at 3:45 am. Inside the cabin couldn't hear a thing! Friendly proprietors. Very cosy - tall people beware. Just enough room to wiggle around outsides of beds. Nice decks.

Dorothy and Mike made our visit perfect. I suggest anyone stay at this resort. We stayed during the Golden Aspen Rally and had great sleep and got to watch several Mule Deer in ten mornings and evenings. Noodle

Very clean, rustic, comfortable beds, great views and biker friendly. Mike and Dorothy are very attentive to their guests needs. We experienced a late evening electrical blackout (half the town) and they were at our door with flashlights and candles immediately.
