Traveling on I-40 west needed a place that was low price and this motel is privately owned and operated and it is a good deal for the money. Free mini breakfast in the morning, rooms and motel are old but in good condition. Owner is very nice.

Hotel room was nothing fancy but had a wonderful stay. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Gave us a quiet room which was spotlessly clean. No problem with having our small dog.
