Clean room, decent towels and shower, and a good continental breakfast to start your day (coffee, juice, tea, do-it-yourself-waffle-maker, bisquits, mini muffins, yogurt, cereal, eggs, sausage, etc.) when passing through Clovis. $20 dog fee is a bit extreme compared to other "pet-friendly" motels.

This motel was fine. The room was dated, but clean and very comfortable. We were on the second floor near the front. Trains run every 10 minutes across the highway but they didn't really bother us that much (only heard then a few times), although while we were there a lot of the energy company trucks/crews were there and they... This hotel is on the main east-west road in and out of town within a strip of similar hotels. They are all across from the railroad tracks, and the neighborhood leaves much to be desired. The lobby is decorated much like a funeral parlor. However, they had great cookies and mediocre popcorn in the afternoon. Due to a scheduling mistake... More

This hotel needs considerable renovations. We had to change rooms because one of the beds and the bathroom were unclean. The new room was missing towels and the shower curtain bar was falling off the wall. The coffee pot was dirty and chipped. The hair drier didn't work and the sink was clogged. We've stayed here a dozen times over... More

Stayed one night enroute to Colorado for spring break. Overall a good place to stay. The location is easy to find and the staff are great and friendly. The only negative was the trains running up and down the tracks all night long. I would stay again, just bring my ear plugs. The breakfast was good with a good selection.

We were just driving through Clovis on a trip from Arizona to Texas so needed a one night room enroute. This was resonable and comfortable. The motel is not new but has had good care. The only drawback is the location on a main highway through town (as are nearly all the motels in Clovis) and very near a railroad... More

it is the victim of its location. Clovis is in cattle country and that's not a pleasant prospect because of the profusion of feed mills, feed lots and other commercial enterprises related to the meat industry. As well, the inn is across the road from railroad tracks that parallel the highway and which carry a fair amount of traffic. The... More

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The lobby was very nicely decorated and the man at the front desk was friendly & helpful. The room was clean and a good size. A little noisy outside until around midnight. The outlet by the desk didn't work and the bed was quite firm! Overall, an average experience.

We checked in...went to the room. The door was propped open. We entered, as we were getting ready for a shower, a maid used her card to open our door. I wasn't fully unclothed, but I was mad! My friend who was in his boxers walked across the room to get the towel from the maid. The following morning, when we... More
