If we're near Short Hills, we almost always stay at the Hilton. The front desk staff and doormen were excellent - very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. the shorthills is a busines hotel that is well located for the companies in close proximity. the rooms are clean and generously spacious. the bar and the restaurant are pleasant to eat and drink in. the foyer and restaurant have recently been renovated to give the hotel a more modern feel.

A/c not working until called engineering. TV not working until called engineering. Pool does not allow children during the daytime hours, which happen to be the hours when children are awake. Breakfast buffet for kids is a good price, a little under $9.

Nicely appointed hotel. Stayed in a junior suite facing JFK parkway. Lovely room with good HVAC. Quiet, even though facing a road and adjacient to the elevator. Overcooked omelet, walls too thin--woken all night by other guests, overcharged after being assured that executive lounge service was free with cash bar and no buffet. Broken lamp in my room. Air conditioning did not work till we called engineering. Why does this hotel charge for internet use?
