Our summer weekend visit to this lovely clean ocean front motel has been a repeat on our summer things to do. We love the convenient location and the the courteous staff, the surprise weekend continental breakfast . We go back knowing we won't be disappointed.

The Drifting Sands has it all. Extremely friendly staff, clean rooms, awesome view for a great price.. Perfect location right on the beach and at the center of all long beach island has to offer. Wake up to the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. You cannot get any better than this. ajp.

We happened upon the Drifting Sands and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, the convenience and the affordable price. We were so satisfied that we returned a second time within one month and plan on many more visits. A great Find!!
