Very happy with our stay at the hotel. Great breakfast service. Lovely atrium. And free parking - not always what we get at Embassy Suites. We look forward to staying at this hotel whenever we visit family in the Secaucus/Jersey City area.

The only service that was good was complimentary drinks and food. The registration was not good and the inability to extend a stay was atrocious. They should of at least offered me something for my inconvenience!

Not to standard I am accustom to for an Embassy Suite. I stay in others for business throughout the USA and this has the customer missing in service. Hotel shower had mold, could not find restaurant staff on two different occasions and finally left and dined outside of hotel. Rooms and decor are worn out and needs updating.
