Rented condominum at Town Square - spacious, clean, comfortable, wonderful views. Two nights for business purposes - group of five adults. Convenient access to parking and to slopes at Waterville Valley. We brought our own food and beverages - not sure of proximity to local dining. Furnished with cooking utensils....very comfortable. Utilized during mid-week period in March 2013 for examination... More

Thanks very much for your review! I'm glad that Town Square Condos met your needs, and hope you will return again in the future, whether for business purposes or for pleasure. (And, should you need to know ... most of the restaurants are within a 2 minute walk from the condos, right downstairs in the Town Square.) Thanks again for... More

I just got back from a weekend in Waterville Valley and I cannot wait to go back. We stayed in the Town Square Condos and ours was well-equipped with modern conveniences, quiet and comfortable. The location is great within walking distance to everything in the square and the shuttle for the ski area stops right outside. The desk staff was... More

I feel propelled to write this before I stayed a night. The condos smell like someone's grandmother's cooking from last week mixed with floral deodorizer. Rooms are roomy and sad... No character, no cozy nothing. A place to store skis is a plus, some restaurants you can walk to, beds are hard, pillows hard, looking to get out of here.... More

I'm very sorry to hear that you were underwhelmed with your condo. Though we are not a hotel with a lobby and fireplace, we always desire to provide a welcoming and comfortable lodging experience in our condos, and regret falling short of your expectations. I do hope we get another opportunity to host you in the future, and am open... More

Town Square Condoes are part of multiple properties offered by Waterville Valley Resort, this one was crummy. I would never stay there again, it was crazy expensive and very outdated, smelly, small, dingy, and fall aparticle board DIY fixes. It was to sleep 8, but only had seating for 4 at table and 5 in living area. There was no... More

I am so sorry to hear that the condo you stayed in was not up to par. We strive to provide a quality product and certainly did not meet the mark this time. I would love to hear which building or unit in particular you stayed in. We have just a couple units that are smaller living/dining room space than... More

It was a little further than I thought from Boston. It took about two hours and twenty minutes vs an on par resort size wise of Mt. Sunapee. In the future, will probably go to Sunapee for the distance. Killington is a slightly longer drive and has much more terrain to chose from. That being said, if I had a... More

A very popular place for resort vacations but not fantastic for a conference. The temperature control in my attic room was awful - freezing and boiling within 6 hrs of each other. The bed was really a cot. The bathroom was the best part of it.

this is not the place for you. It is a wonderful family-oriented place to stay. The staff is unusually friendly from check-in to check-out. Kali and Brooke in the reception area welcomed you as if you were their only guest. The maintenance staff was responsive to our call that one of the A/C units was not working. We were there... More

A nice resort with tons of activities for all ages. We had booked a Town Square condo facing the square with 3 bedrooms. It was very spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. What we loved most was the activities included in the stay - canoeing, kayaking, biking, swimming, golfing etc. Each member of the family was able... More

Spent 3 days (with kids, family, grandparents) in a condo at Town center resort and went skiing at the mtn. There is nothing but groups of unchaperoned boys running around the halls and stores all day and night at the hotel. My 5 year old was hit with snowballs in the hallway. The hordes of boys run around knocking into... More

I am so sorry that you had this experience during your stay at Town Square. Though not the norm, this kind of behavior does occur infrequently and is distressful to our guests, and to our staff. Again, my apologies, and I hope you will try us again sometime in the future. Sincerely, April More
