This place has everything: nice owners, full kitchen and bath and beach across the road. It is on the side of the road, the rooms are next to the others yet it is so peaceful and quiet. The matress is amazingly comfortable. You can take your cup of coffee on the beach on the other side of the road. As... More

Spent a week there in late September. Retro type of place reminded me of vacations as a child. Spotless clean and quiet. Beth and Steve were great hosts! See you again next year!

We stayed here for a couple nights while vacationing -- loved part of it, but other things were confusing and disappointing. I had reserved a 2BR suite and a studio efficiency, but found when I got there that the 2BR suite wasn't available -- Steve, the manager, acknowledged that he must have made a mistake. Not a big deal, but... More

Great place to relax and enjoy New Hampshire. We opted to stay here from other reviews, and they are accurate. Rooms a bit retro, a nice change from the major chains. Awesome flower gardens. Beth, owner, was pulling weeds when we checked out. Lots of local history she will share with you. Wish we had another night or two to... More

On our way up the east coast, we stayed here for one night. I wish it had been a week! The rooms were SO homey and had touches of home...not the typical hotel towels, soaps, bedspreads, etc. The flowers and plants around the property were amazing too! The management was easy going and friendly. I'm ready to go back SOON!

New Hampshire only has about 20 miles of Atlantic coastline, and this is right along it. Route 1A is the coast road, Pebble Cove is on the west side of it and the Atlantic Ocean is on the east side of it. The room was bright and cheerful, and was actually like a little apartment, with a full kitchen and... More

i love this place! it is just darling. very clean and cute, and a little retro. the bathrooms are slightly dated but you can't go wrong for the price. seems like most customers return year after year- we did! owners are straight-shooters.

We would have gone again this year, but we were too late with our travel planning. The location is what draws us year almost annually. We are a family who hardly ever goes to the same place more than once.
