This hotel is clean, the serving staff is very helpful, and the location is perfect for all types of attractions. They also have a great continental breakfast. There is some construction going on in the area but you can get around that without any trouble. Downtown is about two miles away and Hampton Beach is fifteen miles up the road.

Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly. Housekeepers always took the time to talk w/my 80 year old father. The hotel was great. Rooms were clean with great pillows and very comfy beds. Pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing. Breakfast was good and plentiful even though we were a little late. Great value for the money. I would recommended this place to anyone.

Not new, not old. Good free breakfast. Exercise room and pool (small, indoor pool). Decent sized rooms. Large flat-screen tv. Nice shower. Decent sized mini frig. Nice front desk staff. Clean. Looks rough from outside (parking lot is tragic) but nice inside.
