I was in the area looking at housing and stayed at the Federal House Inn. Kevin had some great tips about places in the area. He's very gracious and serves a wonderful breakfast. The room was very comfortable and quiet!

Ahh - Wine and Cheese afternoon snack, Port nightcap, yummy breakfast, hot tub, location to hiking and skiing and great hosts - we will return! The nearness to the University helped us visit our daughter, then we toured the nearby lakes and caught some ice houses being moved - altogether a nice weekend trip.

I travel routinely to Plymouth to see my son play hockey at Plymouth State University. This was our second visit and won't be our last. Our room was quiet, spacious and we had our own bath. We haven't slept so comfortably since our first stay. We came to see the autumn foliage and enjoy once again the gourmet breakfast and the wonderful personal service. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Kevin is the friendliest and most welcoming host we've had staying in a B&B. He was very helpful with local planning. We will definitely stay there again should the opportunity arise to travel again in that area. Our trip was made memorable due in good part to Kevin's hospitality.

Loved the area. Inn was easy to find and we have wonderful one night stay there. Like the owner and his attention to every detail. Loved that there was no minimum stay. Price was competitive and the Inn was beautiful and quiet. We had a room on the top floor and at the back with a bath in our room.
