Positives: Nice views, large kitchen and family room with murphy bed. Negatives: 1. Hot water issues: Not enough for 3 people to shower, have to wait several hours for hot water to heat up again. Very inconvenient in the mornings or at night after a long day of skiing. 2. Out-dated tv: Main living room tv was an old box... More

My family of four stayed at Kingsbury of Tahoe in January, 2013 in a two bedroom unit. The master bedroom is spacious. The kitchen is one of the largest I have ever seen for a Hilton Grand Vacation. And the living and dining room also provided plenty of space for our two sons, aged 19 and 24. Nearby is a... More

Large rooms, comfy beds. We had six adults in the two bedroom and we never felt cramped. Will return. The second bathroom made a big difference. Very close to heavenly ski lift and the shuttle made it easy to get there. Lived waking up to the beautiful views through the huge floor to ceiling windows. TheThe staff was great. Super... More

We got this week on a great deal through our travel club. It was well above our expectations. This was the first time we have vacationed in a condo. The unit had 2 actual bedrooms. The living room area also had a pull down murphy bed. We had an end unit, with a view of the valley from the dining... More

The front desk staff (Pat and Lizzie) were very friendly, helpful, and knew the area well. The rooms are well appointed and functional -- excellent, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and very clean. Would be a great winter ski resort for families with a stagecoach lift to runs to Heavenly area. The pool and hot tub are not located on the... More

We were lucky enough to have our close friends invite us for a weekend at Kingsbury. We stayed in the newly renovated top floor "penthouse" which was just AMAZING!!! I actually wish I lived there as it was around 2300 square feet! The view of the valley were beautiful and on the other deck you could catch a glimpse of... More

Didnt know what to expect when we booked Kingsbury, turned out to be a truly amazing experience! Great views and location. We stayed on the top floor which had beautiful views. Lovely large rooms with lots of facilities avaliable, including a games room and a very up to date, hardly used gym! Pool was difficult to access, which put us off using it. Very quiet... More

Hotel is a Vacation Internationale Timeshare, with fully functional condo unit. If you want five-star pampering, this place isn't for you. It's basically designed as a home away from home - which is perfect for us. It was very quiet, although the area around the top of Kingsbury is now cluttered with condos and hotels. The view of the lake... More
