Room Upstairs In The Back Was Very Clean. People, Neighbors Nice. Nice Neighborhood. Right Across The Street From Sparks Marina For Exercise. Close To Many Restaurants. A Gem In The: (Reno, Sparks Area).

Stayed for one night. Didn't have their breakfast. Need a password for the wifi, so I didn't test it. Everything about the room and the service was just ok. It was clean. Pizza Hut near by had good quailty pizza.

For the price it isn't bad. we have pets and everyone else had outrageous deposits. I was worried about the neighborhood.Never had a problem. I stayed in a lot worse for more money. its under new management again and changes are being made. they should start with the beds and carpet.

Let me tell you a little story about my stay there this past weekend. I stayed there for Street Vibrations with my sister and her boyfriend and my boyfriend. We walked in and for a non smoking room it smelled like an ashtray. So we got past that and the dirty carpets and stains on the box spring of the... More

From the night receptionist who was all kinds of terrible at her job, to the non-smoking room WREAKING of cigarettes, to the stains all over the floors and walls, to the vacuuming that lasted for 30 minutes beneath us AT 4 AM, to the fact that my reservation in advance got me a smaller room for more money than the... The place is dirty and smells like an ash tray even though we had a non smoking room. Will not stay there again.

New management is the worst! Very unprofessional, rude, inexperienced and dirty! Stay at the Nugget, Holiday Inn or Western Village or your car if in the area. Don't waste your money. The kiddie management run a drug and alcohol infested cess pool.

First off, this property is over 20 years old. It has a solid infrastructure, it was clean, and to be fair to everyone, in need of minor repairs. The wireless offered two bars, and the VPN connection was solid. Skype did not work from the room, there is not enough bandwidth to support Skype. Email and browser worked fine, and... More

This place was by far the WORST place I have ever stayed. It was dirty, the staff was rude and acted like I was bothering them when I asked for tissues, hangers, a non-smoking room, access to their free (albeit non-existent) internet service. Don't even think about staying there. Stay in your vehicle. Save your money. I am not joking.... More

Room was clean, had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in the room, rates are equivalent or better than typical discount motels but rooms are much nicer than Quality Inn or Motel 6's. Office staff was very courteous and helpful, housekeeping was very accommodating, enjoyed my stay.

Thanks to all who review our hotel. As we are not the newest property, we work daily to keep the rooms clean and comfortable. We have upgraded a portion of the property and continue to do so as the economy permits. We appreciate the feedback. More
