The handyman doesn't speak English. The front desk "professionals" are a bunch of jokers. Do not stay here. Right next to Freeway off ramp. Total dump!
This place is dangerous for single travelers, as is all of RENO!!!

This is a perfect example of you get what you pay for. I can't give it a good or bad review because that sums it up perfectly. You can't expect great things when only paying $42 a night and I can;t complain because it was only $42 a night. The room served it's purpose of just a place to stop...

I lived in this neighboorhood for 10 years so I am very familiar with this property but had never had a reason to stay here. I need to go to Reno to maintain what is now a rental property and thought I would give this hotel a try based on the price and location. I was somewhat concerned before my...

We booked through an online site, this entitles you to lower class treatment at this hotel. Don't look under the sheets. The mattress was dirty & torn. The staff not friendly or helpful, unless you had paid directly to hotel. The noise from the freeway is very loud & everything is $20 per nite extra. Non smoking room, king bed,...

Room looked ok, but the outlet covers are filthy. Considering 1 is right next to the sink it could be wiped of in 2 seconds. Beds were ok & front desk person was very friendly. Highway traffic is very noisy though. Maybe a room on the other side, but they don't offer that if you have a pet.

The hotel looks kinda outdated on the outside but all the rooms have been redone at somepoint in the past. The room and bathroom were fairly clean besides finding some stray hair in the sink and shower.
The swimming pool was really nice as we were there beginning of Aug. Many loungers and space to relax and the pool itself...

We stopped here for an overnight. Were checked in quickly, and were luckily put in rooms facing away from the Freeway. The place was very quiet during our stay there only seemed to be a few guests. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There is not an ice machine on every floor which is slightly annoying. Had a good...

I'm a registered Nurse who commutes from Dayton, NV every week for a 2 day work week at a local hospital in Reno. Before staying here, I tried several different motels in the Reno area looking for a place that I could trust to have clean rooms, a great price, and friendly staff. This place is really the best place...

The room was filthy, hair in the bed, drawers. Food crumbs left in the drawers. Something that looked like blood running down the door jamb into the bathroom. Cigarette ashes left in the toilet. Traffic noise so loud you could not sleep. Matress hard as the ground. It was horrible. We had paid for 2 nights but got up the...

Rooms are fine, but location is terrible. Too far from downtown, in a tough hood. Half of the hot faces main highway which makes them very loud. Find something else is my tip!
