Feb 6, 2012. Just got back from a 5 day stay here (our 3rd time). If you want a low cost vacation and an affordable gambling venue, this hotel is a good value for the money. It caters to both locals and tourists and tends to have an older crowd. We came in on Sunday and left Friday and paid... More

I think I knew what I was getting when I booked the room, but the photos made the rooms seem much nicer. The hotel is quite old and I decided to check in there for the $30.00 a night rate. I checked in around 630pm, and headed upstairs to the 6th floor. The elevators were punctual and quick. The room... More

This was my first time staying at the Gold Coast after having stayed at the other Boyd properties in Las Vegas so I will be comparing this stay to those places (i.e. Orleans, Sams Town) rather than comparing GC to the mega strip hotels. Front Desk personnel were very friendly (although my guy was still training so check in took... More

Good clean room with flat screen TV. The table games have better odds and quick cocktail service. Good Surf & Turf for $13.99 too! More

Ok, most of the reviews are fairly accurate. Hotels: The rooms are small as is typical of old vegas. I was in an upgraded room on the 8th floor. modern and clean, bad pillows (a pet peeve) good flatscreen TV. NOTE: if noise is a concern ask for a north facing room otherwise the south is in the direction of... More

This was my second trip to the National Finals Rodeo and my first stay at the Gold Coast. Front desk was quick and efficient. I had a premium room on the 7th floor and it was decent. Not sure why, but I only got housekeeping one night. No big deal as I was the only one in the room and... More

I have stayed at several hotels in LV including Palazzo, Venetian, Mandalay Bay, Vdara, Treasure Island and Bellagio. Typically my wfe and I stay on the strip but prefer to gamble at Gold Coast because the table minimums are low and they have a nice Bingo room which my wife enjoys playing at. Food at the buffet is good deal... More

Good place for the money. Bed was good and room was nice. The bathroom, especially the shower/toilet area was very small. More

The hotel was nice and the staff was great. We got a $15 food credit each day with our stay and that along with the happy hour specials made eating there a bargain. We loved the decorations for the Chinese New Year and also the fresh food available at the coffee shop. Lots of options on dining and the free... More
