I happened to make a wrong left turn on Flamingo Street from the strip and ended up 'discovering' the Gold Coast Hotel/Casino. What a super nice surprise! A very pleasant atmosphere as you walk in. It seems that there are a lot of "regulars" who go there and like it, as other customers tell me while chitchatting on the elevator.... More

Older hotel. Provides a shuttle to the strip. Pool closes at 6 pm which I didn't like. Comfortable beds and great room rates. If you want a lot access to activities and night life, stay on the strip or on Fremont. Otherwise, the other locations are somewhat low-key.

I was used to better Vegas rooms but this was close to the regional office I was going to. The room was smaller than most vegas rooms but fine for what I needed. Just laminate counters and the carpet could stand to be replaced though. They looked to be redoing the first floor when I was there so perhaps they... More

Needed a place to stay while in Vegas for the Bon Jovi Concert in April. Gold Coast is part of the B Connected properties so we gave it a try. We always look for hotel/casinos off of the Strip. It's next door to the Rio & across the street from the Palms. A short walk & you're at either one.... More

Wanted an inexpensive hotel near the strip after the weekend, and discovered this one. Was pleasantly surprised by nice room decor. Clean, roomy and nice big bathroom. Next to the pool, which was cozy and small, mostly for tanning and taking a dip- no volleyball playing here! Fast check in, easy check out, TGIF on site, $1 bowling, $1 beers-... More

A little off the strip but well worth it if you like to avoid the huge crowds. Or even if you don’t, a short walk will take you to the FREE shuttle bus next door at the Rio to take you to the strip. Located a short cab ride from the airport ($17 + tip) across the highway from the... More

My husband and I attended a reunion at the Gold Coast. I had a foot injury and was told we would have access to a wheelchair while there. Upon checking in my husband asked about the wheelchair and was told that we could have one but he had to turn over a photo ID before they would let us have... More

We got an incredible rate of $12 a night, so couldn't resist staying at the Gold Coast. Check in was quick & speedy. Got a new room on the 4th floor. We had a view of the Stratosphere. Beds were queens with 3 pillows each. Mattresses were super comfortable. Large flat screen TV, but the channels were limited. Housekeeping was... More

Last time I felt GC was going down. I used to love staying there but refrained after my last stay a few years ago. The GC premium rooms are clean and comfy. The staff is so friendly. You cannot beat the Port of Call for Breakfast Buffet price of 5.99! Anyhing you could want. I especially love the cheese blintzes.... More
