This is the WORST place I've ever "Camped" You get nickled and dimed to death for a place that is run down with no charm what so ever. Ok, so this place is on the strip (well, on the very northern tip of it) - so you can walk to the strip (still quite a walk!). That's its main advantage. Good clean place with friendly staff. Unfortunately it would be cheaper to get a room in a hotel than stay at this KOA. I understand they are in it for the money, but come on more expensive than a hotel room. Unfair prices if you ask me.

It is a parking lot with electric, water & sewer near the strip. We had no problems. The staff was friendly. A moderate walk to the strip with bus tickets easy to purchase. Perhaps the most expense KOA on the planet.

It's noisy...it's a parking lot...but it's in the middle of Vegas...worth the trade off! It's nice to be right behind the Circus Circus...lots of fun stuff for the kids at 'Adventureworld' inside Circus Circus. We are a lil bit from the strip but that is of little consequence for me. Great pool and jacuzzi and very friendly staff.
