My third visit to Carson City and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff is outstanding, the rooms welcoming and CLEAN. A friendly part of the city, I walk to the coffee shop (for a speciality latte), the drug store and of course to the Nugget Casino.

My room was just right. 2 nights, very comfortable bed, pillows, and sheets. TV nice size. The only negative, 2nd floor hall way very dark. I did not feel safe, maybe to many spooky movies. Employees very nice and helpful.

We have stayed here for the Annual Nevada Day festivities for many years. They have remodeled the lobby and some rooms. The remodeled rooms feature all new furniture, pillow top beds, new carpet, new paint, flat panel TV, fridge, coffee maker and no more stale cigarette smell. This hotel was a big disappointment. It looked like a step back to the 60's. There was a vinyl queen headboard attached to the wall with a king bed placed underneath it. Average, we have stayed in worse and also much better for the money. Staff ok, no complaints.
