You can hear people above you and in the hall but hard to take care of that I know. Pillows are horrible.

The hotel was pleasant except for the noise of the upstairs guests. We were scheduled to stay 2nights, but left after the first night because of the noise and broken hot tub. The front desk staff were gracious and refunded the second night quickly and pleasantly.

We booked this hotel because there isn't alot of choice along with wanting a hot tub. The staff that checked us in was polite, however over the next three days no one acknowledged us as we would come or go.
