Stayed here for weekend in May - amazing on every level . Highly recommend this hotel. Room and views beautiful. Staff service faultless especially valet staff. Will definitely be back here no doubt. Breakfast and phone charges a little pricey however.

We stayed in the newer Viking rooms. The bathroom was massive as was the room itself. The room was spotless. Every employee we met was friendly and attentive. Dinner was good. Our server was excellent and provided the attention you'd expect in a large city high end restaurant. We will definitely go back!

We dropped in in September 2011 after a cross continent trip from coast to coast.
