Hard to make breakfast perfect for everyone. Was use to getting hot waffles and they weren't available. Otherwise perfect stay. I have used all the characters I wanted to. Now the survey is becoming annoying.

We stayed 2 nights while visiting Yellowstone on our 3000 mile road trip. The rooms were great, breakfast was good, I would give it a great, but they continually ran out of eggs and had to scrap the bowl every morning to get the sausage gravy, and the bacon and sausage were sitting in pools of oil in the pans.... Our rooms were clean, front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious and with nice decor. The bathroom was minimalist. Didn't use the indoor pool, but a plus for families- saw kids enjoying it. The breakfast was "hot", but not attractive to me. The Best Western is conveniently located, with shops, restaurants nearby, very short walk. Staff were courtious and responded to queries in an appropriate manner. Room was large, but bathroom a tad pocky, very quiet location and great sleep.

We stayed here for the night between skiing Grand Targhee and Big Sky on a trip that started at Jackson Hole and we were very pleased with our stay here. For $81 bucks, you get an oversize room and a really nice breakfast. That more than makes up for a surly desk clerk and the overall dingy appearance and the pay-in-advance policy. Convenient to everything.

Great place to stay when sledding or skiing into the Park in the winter. Nice warm place to return to after a day in sub zero. Nice hot tub and pool. The rooms are nice and breakfast is pretty respectable. Great value. Great location as you can walk to restaurants IMAX Theater or supermarket.

Between ski days at Jackson Hole and Big Sky we spent 2 nights in West Yellowstone to take a snowmobile trip into Old Faithful.
