We had a very enjoyable experience th the St Louis Union Station. This hotel far exceeded expectations on all levels. Customer service was excellent from the valet parking to our greeting (thanks Jeremiah Essmyer). The staff was very friendly and helpful, even the housekeeping personel. Bravo Union Station!
