The hotel was very clean with a great staff. The location was great near lots of shopping and the interstate. The only problem was waiting on the hot food in the breakfast line. This is the best place to stay in ST Charles, MO!!!!

Excellent hotel with ample room. The room service was both delicious and efficient. the maid service was great. this is a beautiful hotel with easy access off the interstate and out of the hustle and busyness of St. Louis. Also, it is nearby historic St. Charles which has many restaurants and shops.

Our stay for our family was great. The only thing was the internet cost $10 a day and we couldn't understand this as we had stayed at a cheap hotel and it was free. But, the suites were really nice and the breakfast is amazing!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I would only not recommend staying there when there is a family convention going on in the convention center. It was FULL of kids and we could not even enjoy sitting in the lobby of the hotel.

This was a beautiful hotel with extremly helpful employees. The breakfast was wonderful and very well organized. Served a lot of people in a very short amount of time. The evening event was very nice also. Our only concern was the room smelled like smoke and I had specifically asked for a non-smoking room.

The staff could not find our group discount code. I believe they just pretend to look for it and then don't "find" it, so they can charge you more. We were lied to about the price of our room. I reserved a non-smoking room with 2 double beds 4 months ahead of the stay with a group of over 60 people. They had only king bed smoking rooms available when several of our group checked in! There was not a manager available to help in any way. We had to either find another hotel (not easy!) or drive home... More

I had a very pleasant stay at the Embassy Suites in St. Charles, Missouri. The hotel is very clean and nice, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I was very impressed with the complimentary breakfast and the time I spent at Spa Botanica. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future.
