“Clean, Quiet, Friendly”

This hotel is set a little bit away from other businesses, making for a nice quiet environment. The pillows and comforters were very soft and comfortable. The whole place was very clean and seemed fairly new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was very good.

We stayed at this BW 10 years ago, and it was just as great the second time around. To be greeted by such nice and accommodating people makes the stay so pleasant. “Exceeded My Expectations”

Best Western runs hot and cold depending on the location and let me tell you this one is HOT! It exceeded all my expectations. I usually rate BW's average to good but this one easily rates an excellent. I rate Every category excellent with the addition of excellent parking. I will be here again...and again...and again, it's that good.

“Great stay!”

I selected this hotel for a 4-night stay while on a business trip . . . hotel was excellent! Lots of space to spread out my belongings and paperwork. Room was nice sized, desk was roomy enough to get work done, and bed was comfortable for a hotel room bed. Customer service was superb and more than willing to help... More

“Best Western Stay in Neosho, MO”

This is a convenient location for us since we visited our families over two days during the Christmas Holiday. The rooms were very good. The breakfast was excellent. We would stay in the same location again.

“Nice hotel for a small town”

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The hotel is clean and for the most part well maintained - we had a noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
