I love the rooms. The staff is great and very quit to rest. I called the hotel around 9pm and the front desk clerk was very nice to turn on my ac. It's been hot all day and I walked in a very comfy room.

The motel was very well kept. It is clean and in a good location. The bathroom was small and the breakfast was not deluxe. I will stay here Again when I go to the rodeo.

This is a reasonably priced motel. The room was clean and spacious. It has wi-fi. The people running the place were helpful at check in and remembered me from a visit last year. The room had a small refrigerator which is something I like when traveling. I would compare it to a Super 8.

Certainly disregard negative review written by another hotel guest. I've stayed at this hotel several times & plan to make future reservations. Owner was very attentive & went above & beyond in offering additional services. Indoor pool is lovely w/hot tub....only negative about this hotel is that I wish swimming pool water was kept at a warmer temperature.
