We've stayed here twice when we have visited the area to attend concerts at Black Oak Mountain. You cannot beat the price or the location! The rooms are not fancy, but they are comfortable and the kitchenettes are charming and useful. The staff is friendly and helpful - they even accommodated our 2 a.m. arrival on our last visit!
