“2 cold days, but it did not matter”

The Westin is connected to downtown by a series of covered walkways. It is an easy pleasant walk to many restaurants and attractions. The staff was knowledgeable and the view from the room fascinating.

“"Always a relaxing weekend......"”

My mom, daughter, and I have been staying at the Westin Crown Center for special Girls Weekends for years. It's a beautiful property that is always well maintained and recently updated. The staff are warm and welcoming from the valets to the front desk, all the way up to the GM. We will definitely continue to return whenever we can!

“Great Hotel and Service”

We checked into the Westin when there were a number of big events going on in the KC area, resulting in a full hotel. This didn't alter their service, attitude, or assistance at any time. We were given professional and courteous service, provided timely and quickly. Love the remodel that has taken place also!
