I came to Kansas City on business and from The minute I walked in I was treated like family. The front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are spacious, clean and very eloquently decorated. If I ever come back to KC I would not hesitate to stay at this historical boutique gem again.

Check-in was a breeze. Room was spacious even with a pillar in the middle. Great view of downtown. Walking distance to Convention Center, restaurants, bars and AMC theater.
When we opened the fold out sofabed, there were no linens. I called and someone arrived within minutes, made the bed with expertise and was gone.
