Nice location (beside the Embassy Suites, where my meeting was held). Furnishings were nice, suite layout was wonderful, and except for the bathroom floor (not sure if it was stains or not mopped) the suite was clean.

The Manager, and staff were real accommodating. We were part of a group for volleyball, and they made arrangements to open the breakfast area early so we could eat before leaving for the tournament. Overall the hotel just needs an update. Haven't been in a hotel in a long time where you had to actually pull to open the front doors, most have sliding doors these day. Noise level was not good. Could hear the guy next door snoring and kids running around upstairs until 1 am.

We have stayed here before and been pleased but the staff and the accomodations seem to have declined in the past year. We will try again but we might explore other hotels. Had to switch rooms after already getting comfortable in one because we had an enormous amount of flies in the room! We left the hotel for a family activity and upon return, our room keys didn't work. Aside from those 2 problems, it was just an average hotel. The upside was kitchen area because we were able to cook dinner.
