I rented the 2nd floor apartment for 2 weeks beginning in April 2012. The refrigerator was broken. The owner (Tuck) promised to replace it "manana" but never did...which ruined my stay there because I eat all of my meals at home. Also, there are small dogs nearby that bark frequently making it impossible to sleep through the night.
