“Great place to stay”

I came from Beaufort, SC for my daughter's wedding. My brother, his wife, my sister, and I stayed in a family room. It has 2 queen beds in the main room and a separate bedroom with a queen size bed. The room was very clean & tidy loved the location as we had always stayed on the main roads so there were no road noise with it being 1 block off 76 . The staff was very friendly we go to branson 3 times a year and will stay there next time The Templin's Lewisville Tx

“A-1 on everything!”

We were going to stay 3 nights, but stayed 5 because the value and hospitality were outstanding.The place is quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff is more than helpful. We were very pleased with Twelve Oaks. The rooms were clean and tidy. The new breakfast room was very nice with plenty of seating. The staff were friendly, courteous, cheerful and helpful. We will definitely stay at Twelve Oaks again.

“Stay at 12 Oaks.”

This was our 4th trip to Branson, 1st time (5 nights) at 12 Oaks. We were very pleased with the room, staff and especially the PRICE.Breakfast was adequate and location great. If we are able to come again we will certainly try to stay here. ron&diane, Richland WA.

We have stayed here several times & we love it!!! Have told all of our friends to stay here!!!! Each visit we have been very pleased with the staff and the rooms. Excellent location and price!! Will definitely stay here again and again.

We just recently stayed at Twelve Oaks. I am so happy to have found such a pleasant clean Motel. The location is perfectly located just off the strip, very clean rooms with comfortable beds.
