We stayed 2 nights the end of December but won't be coming back. The room was dingy and outdated, the heater was loud, and the sink had large cracks with black stains and needs to be replaced. I read other reviews and decided to try anyway DONT wifi is awful at best. The room had mold,holes in the cielings, walls and stains on couch and floor. Two sinks only one with running water. Bathtub wouldnt hold water and constantly drained. The hotel offers no refunds or we would have stayed somewhere else. We were also charged over... More

Me and my friends goes to Branson every year for car show. We always stay at the RIA. It's on strip 76. we were there for 6 nights. we were in room 107. room was clean and comfortable beds in it. they had breakfast in the morning it was donut, juice, coffie, serial, milk. we'd enjoy in branson. staff were so nice and friendl. they help me to get in room. value of money to stay at the ria.

This motel is very dirty and I will never stay there again. There were stains on the furniture, stains on bathroom wall and in shower, there was hair on the shower curtain, and there was a very bad odor. “NEVER AGAIN!”

Oh my! I will NEVER stay here again! The rooms are smelly, chair was stained and the office person won't even put his cell phone down to help. Wifi DID NOT WORK and the bfast was donuts only. It was quiet though for being on the strip. Hotel needs knew carpet, beds, furniture, etc...

We were given the wrong room at check in even though we had a pre-booked confirmation, we had to take the room available which was not the preference that we reserved and paid for. We stayed at the Ria June 28th - July 1st 2011. We were in a family suite and had plenty of room for the whole family. They are in a great location right in the middle of everything.
