Needs a laundry facility (and workout room) . The internet office area in the front lobby offers no privacy and lags in connectivity speed. Though nice to have a guest computer printer available they could relocate to the front left lobby ((couch area)) is more semi-private (rather than front right of lobby has no privacy what so ever ).
