The room was perfect size, awesome bed. Had everything we needed plus extra. The pool in March was great. We were close to everything our Conference, the Mall, restaurnts and more. The hotel is doing a update but we had no issues checked in and out quickly.

Only a smoking room was available, but it didn't smell like smoke. Bed and furniture all seemed new, even if the drywall and shower showed their age. Very clean overall. AC unit was newish, worked well, and quiet. The clock didn't automatically adjust for daylight savings time and caused me to miss the birth of my first child! Just kidding.

Maria at the front desk is very friendly and is very customer service focused,. They are doing some construction on the 1st floor,so we went to the 3rd floor. This hotel is being renovated a floor at a time. My room was on the second floor, and the rooms were finished. But my single room did not have a comfortable chair, even though there was a lot of empty space. The included breakfast was okay.

This was very clean and friendly, convenient.We stayed in a motel from hell the night before so when we checked in to this Quality Inn it was like heaven. Very very nice breakfast. Loved our stay and would definitly recommend it to anyone!!!!!!
