I travel frequently, and have never given a bad review. However, the service at this Hilton is the worst ever! They seem to have cut their staff a bit too much... I'd suggest hiring additional help. Their restaurant/lounge is called the Constellation, which was way understaffed....

This was an amazing stay! I'm a flight attendant and travel tons. I stayed here for pleasure and have never received better service. Too many stairs on the way to our room which seemed like it was in the next county. The room was good, the bed OK but we feel that if you book through Hotels.com or similar discount companies you are put in the most distant room. To add to the that we get no credit for booking with Hotels.com.

Very pleased with every aspect of our stay. Courteous staff, very clean, great food....will definitely return. Had booked a park and fly package which included free parking and breakfast with king bed. Terrific value all around.
