The hotel is a nice looking hotel the staff needs additional training in order to serve the community more effectively. The staff should learn their product and prices or have a cheat sheet and pay attention to details as it relates to billing

Very nice hotel with rates that were surprisingly reasonable. Everything was very clean. The lobby was beautiful and there was always fresh coffee (VERY important). The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was nice. I have no idea what Housekeeping uses to clean, but it smelled great.

If you are in Southaven or even Memphis for that matter, consider staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. Top notch - every detail - great value for the rate. Absolutely no complaints - we had a wonderful stay there recently.

We checked in late in the evening. Hotel is around lots of shopping and restaurants. Room was clean. Bed was not the most comfortable though.
