Food wasn't priced at the back cafe on the menus waited for 10 mins no one asked what we wanted to drink or service of any kind after we were set down so we left . Noise in the hallways was loud all night couldn't sleep. pop machine where the ice machine was took our money on the 18th floor.

The service at check-in was the best I've ever had! I was there for my birthday recently and they treated me like royalty!! The best place to stay in Tunica without a doubt!! You will not be disappointed! The rooms are always clean. Everyone is friendly. The casino is nice. It has it all.

The overall experience we received was great. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. I have a disability condition and they were able to accomodate me. The bathroom was nice and spacious. Food and Beverage overall was good. Staff was very attentive and helpful in some areas.

Beautiful rooms and very nice people. Chicago Steakhouse is beautiful and very good. Worth the price. We had a great time here and always felt secure and safe. Everything is very clean and ready for guests.

The only issue I had this year was the buffett, and I understand that to make the buffett better this was necessary. Our room was outstanding and service was great. Our room was ready exactly when they said it would be and the comps were just what we needed. Enjoyable trip. See you next year.

Property has large gaming floor, slots and tables comparable with Vegas casinos. We attended Gladys Knight concert venue very nice and we had excellent seats.
