The people made the experience great. Everyone was supportive, friendly & professional. The hotel has a great breakfast in the morning & it is well worth the money. They all did a GREAT job & I'll be back. Ruby & Kathleen in the breakfast area are rays of sunshine! :-) Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here on business during the week of 4/22/13. The hotel is a cookie cutter to all the other HGI's. Brand new and nice facility. They have a bar area but it wasn't open. So, if you choose HGI for this over Hampton, stay at the Hampton to save a little money. nice large room with very comfortable bed. Walking distant to Lone Star Steak House and Logans Steak House. 2 min drive to a very large Bass Pro Shop and lots of other strip malls and lots of other places to eat. Very pleasant stay.

The hotel is average at best by Hilton standards. The room I stayed in was a King, non-smoking, mini-suite and needed a little work as a couple of wall mounting shower items had come loose. Although this hotel was very busy, it was quiet and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially the breakfast staff. Front dest staff was friendly and quick. Room information was ready and package was available when checking in. Room was excellent, beds confortable, bathrooom bright and clean. Breakfast had many choices and staff was helpful.

Really enjoyed our one night stay at the HGI Jackson/Pearl. Super nice employees, comfy bed and LOVED being able to order Room Service from the Lone Star Steakhouse next door! They deliver it to your room! How cool is that! We'll be back!
