I was in town for two nights with my two kids. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and it is a Hilton family hotel. Well, the pool was cold, so I couldn't swim...bummer. Best hotel in the Laurel area. Convenient to Interstate Highway 59. Free breakfast, clean, and helpful staff. Close to downtown, retail, restaurants, and gas stations. My only complaint is that I was assigned a low floor even though that was on my profile. They quickly rectified that however.

The room size was great, but the small things were overlooked. Toilet was backed up, hair dryer had a short. AC/heater unit was not easy to regulate. Also, the mattress on the fold out couch was so thin we had backaches the day.

I stayed right after the area was hit by a big tornado. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. The beds were very good. A great place to stay in Laurel. Great location.
